Conservatory of Verona

The Verona Conservatory is an Institute of Higher Musical Education that takes care of training, musical production and research activities. For this school we have created a web tool that allows to add, modify and delete reservations for spaces and musical instruments. Teachers, students and secretaries have various functions based on specific permissions.

The calendar view allows a useful overview. A system of notifications simplifies control and delays in returns.

In addition to managing the inventory, the administrator can also decides the maximum number of instruments and classrooms that can be booked at the same time and sets the suspension dates due to closures and holidays.
