HappyDelivery is the web app that allows you to manage Amazon delivery notifications more accurately, securely and in compliance with new company policies.

Recent changes have made real-time delivery confirmation more complex, with the risk that an order may be marked as delivered before it actually arrives, leading to undue complaints or refunds.
HappyDelivery solves this problem with an encrypted QR code system: each parcel is associated with a unique code that the courier scans using a dedicated web app to confirm delivery.

Our APIs send the notification to the company with a slight time delay, in line with Amazon’s new policies, and automatically handle any anomalies such as duplicate QR codes or incorrect decryption.
