Unbreakable Companies
We took part to the first Digital Edition of the N-Conference organized by the Ninja Academy in collaboration with the main sponsors TIM, AW Lab and Banca Sella.
Over 16 hours of speeches on new trends and new skills of the future, with a focus on technology and on many other topics that we found super interesting and inspiring.
We’ll tell you everything in this post!

Follow the money
The macro trends of the future, according to Ivan Ortenzi Chief Innovation Evangelist BIP Group, will be:
- climate emergency and resource scarcity
- growth of b
- urbanization
- technology
By analyzing the trend of investments, venture capital and the sectors of new startups, it is possible to predict the future of innovation, according to the “Follow the money” strategy. There are therefore two aspects in the short/medium term:
1. Enabling Technologies: infrastructures created to make other technologies work better. We are talking, for example, of Hybrid experiences that integrate or replace physical experience, computational cognition systems, genetic innovations, new connectivity systems (5G), decentralized technologies (blockchain and cloud).
2. Founding Technologies: vertical innovation systems that generate new business models (eg robots, self-driving vehicles, plant engineering and prostheses, holograms, rma in the medical and health sector).
It is therefore likely that the critical points, in this context, will be reliability, accessibility, fairness, privacy protection and the possibility of regeneration and recycling of new technologies.
The solution? The LISTEN method.
L for Leadership
I for Innovation
S for Sustainability
T for Technology (of course)
E for Empathy
N for Neuroscience
Technology and future
Any revolution should therefore be driven by the desire to improve living conditions, extending the expectation, reducing fatigue and improving decision-making processes by lowering the error threshold.
We discover from Barbara Carfagna, RAI journalist, that at the OULU, systems are designed that are able to translate thoughts into movement. At MIT in Boston, 6G is already being studied with expected arrival in about 10 years. An even faster transmission system, which will travel at higher frequencies capable of transferring large amounts of data in just a few seconds. News that upsets after a few months from the launch of 5G that Tim represented in this way, with a vision not too far from what could be the reality of the future.
We are in what is called the third phase of the internet to determine this was the advent of blockchain.
Literally this word derives from two terms “block” = block and “chain” = chain. It is essentially a way to save information (through block blocks) connected to each other through a cryptographic chain (chain) that make the system resistant to attacks and with a high possibility of tracing over time. This is how Leonardo Maria De Rossi, Bocconi professor, explaind it us.
Through blockchain, the uniqueness and traceability of, for example, bitcoin is determined, a cryptocurrency created with the intention of providing financial privacy and creating a system different from traditional ones.
From 2017 to today, virtual currencies are increasingly numerous; they bought and lost value, even reaching conversion peaks of $ 30,000. Today the market has settled, but it is still practically impossible to predict the future. Or maybe not…
In fact, we discover that Korea, the most technologically advanced country today, is already experimenting with technologies of the future.
Using gaming dynamics, people are involved in society, learning technologies and sharing information. An idea that at this moment could be brilliant, especially if we consider that the rapid rise of the gaming world has led to the creation of world events and tournaments followed by over 145 million users and to equate players with professional athletes.
But Korea goes even further. Kakao’s emoticons are real national mascots. They are used in mini videos to show how to use services correctly or used as a bargaining chip to buy items. The mayor of Seoul, observing this phenomenon, is thinking of creating a token of the city on the blockchain.
The company of the future could therefore have its own internal currency to be used to exchange permits, or buy holidays, exchange tasks and projects and also have an external value.
Here then is that Samsung has already prepared applications on blockchain to reward those who play sports, for those who sell location data (to check vehicles), one to reward those who share photos, one to reward those who collaborate and suggest rules.
Walk the Walk
Walk the walk actually means going straight to the point without getting lost in chatter. According to Antonio Marrari, AWLab’s marketing director, this is what all companies targeting generation Z should do.
They are the 14/15 year olds, a real tsunami according to the speaker, which is difficult to hold back, hit or drive … Or maybe not! They will be the ruling class of the future they are used to having no borders, they travel and interact with people of different cultures.
Brands have the opportunity to play a fundamental role therefore: to be travel companions.

Authenticity
Present yourself for what you are, because they are not afraid to show themselves even with their weak points without hiding their emotions.
No boundaries
Break the conventions. Abandon binary thinking (black white, man woman, yes no). Support the concept that a place, a body, an emotion are not an obstacle.
New aestethics
The canons of beauty have changed, but not only. Imperfections make their way because they are synonymous with uniqueness. They experience the paradox of hyper individuality also due to global digitization and extensive connection. It is no coincidence that these young people are sensitive to issues of racism, to the definition of gender or non-gender, to climatic repercussions.
Be brave
Show courage at least as much as they are doing.
Brand me
This generation is characterized by the need for self-sharing, for expression. Each of them is able to create a brand. What we do on LinkedIn they do on Instagram is on TikTok.
Storytelling
Offer something emotionally engaging and that can make them unique.
Build a community
Talk to a few, but to the right people. Silence is no longer an option!
Your business in the future
Speaking of technologies and the future, we could not miss an intervention on augmented reality entrusted to Mauro Rubin, CEO of JoinPad.
By now we all know what it is so why not find out what are the advantages it can bring in everyday life?
Amazon has launched the new AR view feature, which allows you to represent the object you are buying (a virtual twin or digital twin) in the real environment. Google
It is the perfect example to understand how artificial intelligences will soon be used to collaborate with reality. Just think of the Google Glass which, according to the previews, will be able to allow the interaction and manipulation of virtual objects in the new version.
Many Smart Companies have already been born, companies founded on digitization and completely new dynamics.
They are companies that limit assets. An example? AirB&B! He doesn’t actually own the leases, but he makes money from them. Same thing do companies such as Flixbus, Uber, Revolute and many others.
Most of these realities are human less, i.e. with fewer people or better with a higher revenue per person.
Take, for example, the Flyzoo hotel of the future in China, which replaced the staff with robots.
The future? According to Mauro Rubin, it will be in these 3 sectors:
- Bionic vision with contact lenses for augmented reality (in development since 2011)
- Digitization of the environment with 3D maps
- Super intelligence to make the mind inherit the functionality of artificial intelligence (think for example of Elon Musk’s Neurolink)
